I have stayed in the same 222-223 range. Right now I feel like i'm stuck there. But it is baby steps right? And I quit soda and have managed to get the kids and my little sister eating more fruits so i'm proud of the progress.
I still need to get my steps up so my goal for the week is 10,000 steps.
I also wanted to remind everyone that I am doing a sweaty picture contest that ends on the 10th at the end of this week. The winner will recieve a brand new Hydracoach unless you want a used one, I guess I could send you my old one and get myself a new one. lol j/k We have two great entries so far but I want far more! omg - I know the Big Red addiction well!!!! I miss it. I but out the sodas and cut down on sugar, etc....
The main thing is to move, daily! Good luck this week.
