I want you to get moving, running, walking, dancing, exercising, get your blood pumping and your body sweating. Then take a picture of yourself drenched in sweat to show me how committed you are to losing that weight. Send the picture to me and I will pick my favorite one!
That's right, I am the judge. And I like people who are creative. For example, if you can get all the family moving and send me a sweaty family pic, you will score some major brownie points with me.
You must be in the picture so don't try sending me a cute sweaty kid picture because then i'll just be like "Awwwww, NEXT!" lol. I understand you will be getting down and dirty and I might see pit stains etc. but keep it nice, as in nothing vulgar and no nudity; which should go without saying.
HOW TO ENTER: Send me, @Villarrealfam, your best sweaty picture via Twitter then come back here and leave a comment with your Twitter name and the link to your tweet. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON! So make it count ladies! Entries will be taken from June 29th 2010 to July 10th, 2010 and the winner will be announced on Sunday July 11th, 2010.

I posted my post workout pic on twitter @RachelSteffen - to be fair the picture was taken ~30minutes after my workout. I had to change out of my running top to nurse the T-man... :) But you can tell my face was still a brigh red tomato! :)
